How Can I Order?
Most orders can be easily placed over the phone or by email (see the Contact Me page). Just let me know the date of your event, the number of servings required, your budget and any ideas you have in mind.
If you would prefer to discuss a cake in person I can make an appointment at a convenient time and day. Consultations are free.
How soon should I place my order?
The sooner the better please! At least 6 weeks in advance although shorter notice may be accommodated if availability allows. A deposit of 50% will be payable once the order is confirmed and the rest 2 weeks before the date.
Depending on the design and level of customisation; I will need 3 weeks notice for a celebration cake. 50% deposit payable on order and the rest payable on collection/delivery.
What size cake do I need for my event?
The portion guides below are only a guide. The number of servings will depend on how the cake is cut on the day. I include a cutting guide with all cake orders except carved cakes.

Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of 50% of the value of the order will secure your date in the diary. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details.
When do I need to pay the balance for my cake?
The balance needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to delivery with wedding cakes and on delivery/collection with celebration cakes. Cheques are not accepted. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.
Do you offer allergy-free cakes?
Cakes can be made gluten-free/egg-free/alcohol-free depending on the type of cake. Please ask! Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.

How much will my cake cost?
Prices vary according to a number of factors - including size, complexity and the addition of 3D toppers or sugar flowers. For an accurate quote please contact me to discuss your needs.
What flavours of cake/fillings can I have?
Pretty much any as long as I can source the ingredients. Let me know and I'll see what I can do!
Can different tiers be different flavours?
Of course! This is a bespoke service after all! I may make recommendations as to the tier order based on the weight of the tiers on top (certain cake recipes are not strong enough to support multiple tiers on top).
